An architect engineer, Fernando Bernandus Gomulya was born on the 10th of June 1982. Graduated from Tarumanagara University in 2005, Edo -- as he is nicknamed, has been interested in photography since he was a little kid. However, he was only been able to drive his hobby when he entered the university. He joined a Union of Photography Students Organization (PFT) in his campus. There, he began to learn more about cameras, exploring them into techniques and work of art.

His skill and talent did not take a long time to ripe, which made him dived into the real world of photography. He began his career as a first commercial photographer in 2003, only halfway to his graduation. As a freelance, he has contributed many works to some local and international magazine such as Griya Asri, Skala+, d+a, etc. His hard work and involvement in media then helped him to work on some companies who needed his service. For once, he had an exhibition of photographs essay in one private event with the Australian Embassy. With those experiences, he then opened his own photography company tectography in 2005, not long after he was graduated.

Despite his long and busy hours with his camera, Edo still finds his spare time to be involved in the academic activity as a lecture assistant.
